【procedure】
Preparation: Let the cream cheese return to room temperature.
1. Make the bottom. Put the biscuit in a zippered storage bag and crush it with a rolling pin. Melt unsalted butter and egg whites and rub them by hand. When the butters have blended in, spread them on the bottom and sides of the mold, press with a spoon, cool in a refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2. Make cheesecake dough. Put cream cheese, sour cream and sugar in a bowl and mix with a whipper.
3. Add the beaten egg and yolk and mix with a whipper. Add the whipped cream and lemon juice and mix.
4. Sift the corn starch, mix with a whipper and filter with a strainer.
5. Pour into 1 and bake in a 170 ° C oven for 45 minutes. Take it out when the fire goes through. Take the crude heat in the mold and cool it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
6. Remove from the mold and serve on the bowl to complete.
